HDR Fee Earner
Assist with handling Housing Disrepair (HDR) matters, supporting fee earners with file progression, document preparation, and client communication. Previous experience within housing disrepair or property claims is desirable.
NIHL Fee Earner
Manage a caseload of Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) claims from initial instruction through to settlement or litigation, ensuring files are handled efficiently, accurately, and in line with client service standards.
Medical Negligence Fee Earner
Join our growing Medical Negligence team in Blackburn. A great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in medical negligence within a supportive and fast-paced environment. Previous experience is advantageous but not essential.
MOD Fee Earner
Assist with claims involving the Ministry of Defence, supporting clients through complex personal injury and military-related matters. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
Personal Injury/RTA
Manage litigated personal injury and RTA matters, including drafting court documents, negotiating settlements, and progressing claims through the litigation process. Applicants should have litigation experience and a strong understanding of CPR and personal injury procedures.
Pre Litigation Fee Earner
Manage a caseload of pre-litigated RTA and personal injury claims from instruction through to litigation handoff or settlement. A great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced legal environment focused on client care and early resolution.
