About the Role
Kinetic Law Limited is looking to recruit a Medical Negligence Fee Earner to join our growing team in Blackburn.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in medical negligence within a supportive and fast-paced environment. Previous experience is advantageous but not essential, as training and support will be provided.
The Role
- Assisting with and managing a caseload of medical negligence files
- Supporting senior fee earners with ongoing cases
- Drafting basic correspondence and legal documents
- Reviewing medical records and documentation
- Carrying out general administrative tasks to support the department
- Liaising with clients, medical experts, and third parties
Requirements
- Experience within a legal environment is advantageous but not essential
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
- Good attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role
